Required Documentation for Social Health Insurance (SHI) Consultation:

 – Photo-bearing Social Health Insurance card

 – Valid government-issued photo identification

 Circumstances where a physical Health Insurance card is not required for medical care:

• Option 1: Presenting a chip-embedded Citizen Identity Card (CCCD)
• Option 2: Presenting the digital Health Insurance card via a verified Level-2 VNeID account
• Option 3: Presenting the digital card via the VssID mobile application

Step 1: Log in to the VssID application

Step 2: Select 'Personal Management'

Step 3: Select 'Health Insurance Card'

Method 1: Presenting the QR code via the VssID application

• Tap 'Use Card'.
• Upon selection, the screen will generate a personalized QR code displaying the patient's name as shown. Please present this QR code to the hospital receptionist, who will scan it to retrieve your insurance profile seamlessly.

Method 2: Presenting the digital card image via the VssID application

• Tap 'Card Image'.
• The patient's health insurance card is now displayed on the screen. Please verify these details to complete registration and present the card to our hospital staff.
